How and when to book:

You will find Angela Apartments a very popular choice and "great value for money". and it is sometimes impossible to cater for all requests. We generally start taking bookings for the following year in about June and for bookings given before January we give the current year price. To ensure your choice period and to take advantage of the price structure we recommend you book before January.

Apartment Details:

The details given and the photographs we display on our web site are done by the owners. We ensure that these are up to date and accurate but they should be used as a guide only - we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as season, improvements, decor and furnishings in the apartments change to keep up-to-date..

Deposit:

A deposit of £100 is required when booking Angela Apartments. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. The balance of the rental cost will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your vacation commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draft in GB pounds. We can also accept payments via Paypal plus any additional PayPal charges.

Cancellation:

Should a cancellation be necessary then your deposit will be returned should we manage to fill the vacancy. If the cancellation occurs and we are able to fill the vacancy after the balance has been paid then the equivalent amount will be repaid. We strongly advise you to take out some form of travel/trip insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed - this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control.

Special Requests:

Special request are not guaranteed, however we will always do our best to comply with your wishes provided they are made in advance of your departure.

Pool:

Please note that the swimming pool is a free facility, included along with the apartment you are renting. The Pool regarded as being in a separate area to the apartments - this is for the safety of you and your guests, especially young children. It is your responsibility to ensure the saftey of your children.

BBQ's:

A BBQ is provided.

Occupancy:

Angela Apartments is usually ready for occupancy from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated by 10:00 am unless you have a late departure and we late arrivals. We will confirm with you the latest time you may occupy your apartment or other until, if this is at all possible. This time will depend on incoming clients flight times and availability of the maid.

Maintenance:

All breakages, accidents, problems and losses must be reported to the owners as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. As with any home appliances they will, from time to time, malfunction and may need repair or replacement - we will do our best to have any problem rectified as quickly as possible. Repair times may be dependent on third parties such as utility companies. Access to the rental home may be required by authorised maintenance personnel during your stay. This hardly happens but, if it does it will be with your consultation.

Damages:

When renting a property you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and it's contents as you would your own home. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation and confirms that the cost of repair or replacement will be met.

Conduct:

We ask that you act in a considerate and courteous manner during your stay. We want you all to havel fun but we request that this does not abuse the property or disturb other guests.

Complaints:

Should our guests have any cause for complaint in the course of the holiday, we must be notified immediately.

Force Majeur:

We will not be liable for problems or delays caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, transportation problems, airport closures, weather conditions or any other event beyond our immediate control. We suggest that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

Liability:

In the event of any problems whatsoever the total liability will be limited to the rental amount paid by the client.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted unless you have prior consent from us. This is primarily out of consideration for other and future guests who may suffer from allergies or other pet related illnesses.

Included:

The rental of Angela Apartments includes the electricity, water, maid service three times a week, the use of the pool, and surrounding garden.

Not Included:

Food and beverage, personal laundry, cars and transportation, extra guests not on the original booking or air conditioning costs. These services will be provided at an additional charge.

General Points:

Swimming pools are great fun and few people would choose a holiday home without the availability of one. Most people are not used to a home pool but they are an obvious source of DANGER especially for young children and non swimmers. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any mishap caused as a result of the swimming pool. You are particularly advised NEVER to allow children and non-swimmers to use the pool unsupervised. There is not a lifeguard on duty.
