Agents and Owners Tems and Conditions

1. By entering into an agreement with www.let.gr you confirm that you are the registered owner or authorised agent and have all permissions to market and let the Property for holiday purposes in accordance with this Agreement and our commitment to market the property on our website.

2. This Agreement starts once you click the 'I Accept' button and Payment is received for listing your property(ies) on let.gr as per our schedule of charges. When listing your property all charges will be in Euro.

3. For all bookings received through www.let.gr we charge a 7% fee based on the total value of the booking made via the website system.

4. Upon clarification with you that the booking can be confirmed, let.gr will take through our secure payment system the 7% deposit to confirm the booking. This is retained by let.gr (see note 3) as our fee. All further correspondence and payment for the let will then be handled by you or your appointed representative or agent. We will not be held responsible for any non payment of monies due. let.gr is purely a marketing/advertising platform for your property, our booking fee is payable whether or not it is subsequently cancelled by either party.

5. We will at all times subject to your compliance with our website system agree to provide you with access to the system, collect the deposit on your behalf and market your property(ies) in collaboration with a real-estate/property marketing company with constant exposure in all the major property search engines and property portals. However we will not accept liability for the planned or unplanned interuption/availability of the system or inconvenience that you suffer/incur as a result.

6. You agree, confirm and acknowledge that the property and all services will be provided as per the listed Property Description. The propety will remain of a good clean standard, in full working order and safe for occupation subject to local, trade or international regulations and codes of practise. You agree, confirm and acknowledge that you hold all the necessary licenses, consents and permissions to letting the property(ies).

7. In entering into this Agrrement with let.gr you agree and confirm that you are responsible for uploading your property(ies), supplying details of the accommodation, services and prices. You are also responsible for updating the bookings calendar and amending any information (including photographs) to ensure that the advertised property is not misleading. You are solely responsible for checking any booking request details/prices that are given to you to be correct. let.gr will not accept responsibility for any losses you incur that arise from inaccurate pricing. You agrree and confirm that all information (and photos) that you upload is not protected by copyright of any third party.

8. Non exclusive use of our website is permitted, however you are responsible for ensuring that the bookings calendar is updated promptly. You are also responsible for advising your clients should there be any amendment to the property description/details. You are responsible for advising your clients if you need to cancel the booking. Should you (the owner) or your appointed agent not be able to offer alternative like for like accommodation. let.gr will in certain circumstances assist you or the agent in providing alternatives, or if the cancellation is outside of your control, we will on a case by case basis consider a refund to the client. In the event of a client cancelling the booking then our booking fee is non-refundable to either party.

9. You agree to deal with any complaints from Clients (whether made directly to you or via us) promptly and sympathetically.

10. let.gr do not hold a refundable breakages deposit, it is your responsibility to advise/collect this from your clients when requesting payment of the final balance. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your property or its contents from any cause whatsoever.

11. You hereby acknowledge and agree that all clients who make a booking for your property will have a direct contract with you. You will accept liability for that contract as the principal.

12. You agree to ensure that you maintain (at your own cost) a comprehensive insurance policy(ies) to cover all rsiks relating to the use and/or occupation of the property to cover destruction or damage and all third party risks including cover for death, personal injury and illness of any clients.

13. Termination of this Agreement can be made immediately upon written notice (including email) by you, no refund of the listing fee(s) will be refundable.

Should let.gr wish to cancel the agreement we shall give 28 days notice. We however will immediately cancel the Agreement due to you becoming Bancrupt or insolvent, or if you are found not to be authorised to let the property.

14. We reserve the right to remove or disable your access to the system, either temporaliy or permantly, if we believe the details of your property are untrue, due to copyright infringement or attempts by you to promote another website. Use of email addresses, phone numbers or other means of communatication in the descriptive area of your listing, that shows an intention of the client being able to deal direct with you is not permitted.

15. www.let.gr and it's associated organisations act totally as conveyancing agents of information and cannot be responsible for anything either directly or indirectly under it's control. It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure information is totally correct at all times.
